1st Annual South Caldwell Band Boosters JEEP SHOW

Saturday, May 17th from 10:00am - 3:00pm

at South Caldwell High School

 

COST:

$50 Registration Fee: Registration is parking for one food truck. You will keep all the money you make that day. No donation is required in addition to your registration fee. However, any donations are greatly appreciated if you wish to do so. *** PLEASE NOTE: A fee of $1.75 is added to the registration fee to cover the processing fee charged to us by wix.com to process online payments.

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE -  Friday May 9th

 

SET UP:

Food trucks will be in the large student parking lot near the school building. You may arrive and start setting up at 8:30 am. 

 

HOW TO REGISTER: 

  • Step 1:  Complete Google Form
  • Step 2:  Pay Online OR Mail Check to:  "SCBB" (SCHS Band, Attn:  Band Boosters, 7035 Spartan Drive, Hudson NC 28638)
  • Step 3:  Make plans to join us on Saturday, May 17th - WE CAN'T WAIT!

 

The show is produced by the volunteers, friends, and families of South Caldwell Band Boosters. All money raised goes back into the South Caldwell Band Programs for operations and supports keeping music in our schools.
